I have found an interested pdf ebook, it is callled 'The ExtraSensory Potentials of mind' you can find the free ebook somewhere down the page of the website below, i browsed through reading some of the chapters and it looks like the definite book that your after, some body gave me the link on another forum, so i brought the website here for you:

There is a nice book titled " Extra sensory potentials of mind" which talks about the telepathy. It's not just telepathy, it's everything paranormal and more, OBE, lucid dreams, etc etc
