It never mentions actuall OBEs or AP, just techniques to get to an enlightened position. It tells you should sit on the ground, and has some interesting theories on Chakra devolopement. It also has aura hiding techniques, and several ways of manipulating your energy for personul uses. Its very interesting.

Hi shadowatcher,

Thanks for the recommendation! [8D] I'll look for his books.

ive read all of morris's books. He does describe an astral experience he had once in which he didnt have a very good experience and kind of discourages ap because of it.

In his experience he described being blown by the wind(Wind has always gone through me in the RTZ), and then describes fighting off a neg that was trying to rush into his body while he was away(techniquly impossible since we are not really way from our bodies when we project).

Ive also known others who have taken his courses, the fire walk in particular and have gotten serious second degree burns on thier feet because of it. I dont think that is supposed to happen.
If you will it it is no dream.
