The books by Stephen La Berge are pretty good.

I've got one called Lucid Dreams in 30 Days by Keith Harary & Pamela Weintraub

Pretty good book but I would also reccomend Steven LaBerge's books.

I'm currently working through the new edition of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen La Berge it seems pretty good.
I had previously tried Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming also by La Berge.  It was v heavy going and I gave up on it.  The new book is much easier to read and work through, and has a free CD.
I'd be interested in hearing about Carlos Casteneda's books opinions seem mixed some people think he is great and some think he is a complete fraud.

I like the book lucid dreaming in 30 days as well.

errrr, my book takes more than 30 days.. it has more preparation techniques to avoid projection paralysis and difficulties moving around.  It's by Brian Mercer and his colleague.
