I finished reading astral dynamics and thought it was very informative and very interesting.He made me feel very prepared what to expect when i do have an obe,Very Good Book and very well done.....Anyone else think so too.
Yes, thats the best book on the subject. Also try his MAP. :)
I would suggest you read books by the various other authors as well.
The higher realms are very complex, subjective states of being and it is best to read up on various interpretations and then still keep an open mind. An example is the many various ways one can experience the so called Akashic records.
So what I am saying is, don't take what one guy says as gospel, no matter how advanced he says he may be. The astral is best approached with little in the way of expectation, which often only muddles and complicates the process.

William Buhlman has really helped me along with Robert Bruce and Robert Monroe. I really didn't do well with OBE until I started working with Buhlman's stuff. He even responded to an email of mine seeking help a couple of years ago.
