Lately I have been considering beginning energy work (I have been practicing AP for the past 3-and-a-half years, and have so far only gotten as far as the vibrations; usually I black out after I get the vibrations because I only have time at the moment to practice at night -_-). I have read the reviews for it that Amazon has on its page for it, but I also want to know what you guys think about it. Should I get it? Do the exercises in the book work at all?
He's got some great ideas and methods.
Just like any other metaphysical practitioner though, he has his own way about him.
If you can... read a lot from many different authors and then piece together your own ideals. :)
EDIT: Yes, I probably should have added that I do recommend his books. :)

They work for me. I suggest you read his NEW (free) online resource first, see how you like the exercises, and then get EW if you want to do more.
Thanks for your replies, Xanth and CF. Yea, I have read a few books on AP (and still am XD. I have Robert Bruce's first version of Astral Dynamics (the one that came before the smaller one). For the moment now, I'm going to refer to the energy work tutorials on his site and see if those help any. If I get satisfactory results, and if I feel I want to look into his NEW method further, I think I will definitely buy his book on energy work. For now, I'll stick with the online guides. Thanks again! :D
