Thanks eeb,

I remember reading a number of the Jane Roberts/Seth books back in the 1980's. I must have missed the one you recommend, so I'll have to read it. There was a period where I must have read about five of those books in a row. One that stands out for me is: The Nature of Personal Reality, which has been one of the best books that I've ever read.

Very best,

Hello Nick,

You're welcome.

I also had such a period like you say, reading a number of Seth-books in a row [:)] For the book I recommend here I have been looking quite some time actually; the title is not so famous as other Seth-books. In Holland I couldn't  find a copy, in the end I found out that you can order it at amazon.com. That's a delivery cross border for me, with higher delivery cost, but hey, I had to get it..

I'm sort of rereading it at the moment, that's why I decided to make a post here.

The ISBN number is: 0-9652855-4-5

About this book...

I have it at my shelf...and thats it.
I waited for 4month for this book to come to my bookstore.
When i got it in my hand i started to read it.
And what a dissapointment for me.
For me, i dont like reading about some other person who write about his/her own experience.

What i thought this book was about was that it should contain more from Seth own words instead of the author.
I kinda puked all over it.
Her writing about her own poetry.
I didnt want to read her words, i wanted seth stuff.

For me, it felt that it was 80% about the author and 20% from Seth.
Kinda annoing, big dissapointment.

Hi LogoRat,

Yes the beginning of the book starts like that, talking about the life of the authors. But... the good information comes later on in the book. Information you don't find in the other book's.

You say you don't like reading about other people who write of his/her experiences: astral pulse consists purely of this!

I like to read other peoples experiences. The nice thing is that you can compare other people experiences with similar ones of yourself, and overcome (common) problems faster. You can get and pick up clues to advance faster in whatever you wish, what otherwise without reading other peoples experiences might have taken much longer.

Also you see other peoples views on things. Very often this can work very refreshing (at least for me)!

Just like the rest of the books of Jane Roberts/Seth a very interesting book. This one focusses on the projection of consciousnsess; most of the material talks about projections from the dream state. It gives tips to improve dream-recall, to use dreams for promoting your health.

A lot of instructions on how to project from the dream state are provided.

It talks about our Inner Senses, and describes ways how to use them: very interesting!

The way it is written is very clear. Exerpts that are transmitted by Seth (channeled through Jane) are written Italic, the rest normal.

A copy of this book should not miss in the collection of a (potential) astral projector!
