While we are on the subject, I read about half of the book, but because I had to format my computer and without thinking, lost my copy.  I have paid for it, but wish it had been paper back at least, just to keep it around.  Anyways, without trying to seem like I am stealing anything, would it be possible for someone to send me the link to download the book?  I enjoyed it and wish I could have finished it.  My email = Matthansen12@hotmail.com.  Appreciated if 'yes'.  Understandable if 'no'.
