Anyone else reading this? I am currently 24 pages in and it is ingenious so far, could be one of my best reads of all time, if not the best!

This is a book that I read back in the mid-1990's when my dad was dying of cancer. It was an exceptionally helpful book at that time. I believe it was Chapter 11, not sure since I've since loaned the book out, that was particularly worthwhile in talking with my dad. I believe it is a must read. Thanks for posting this thread -  :-)
