Hello me again it's about my dream

Hello want to tell you about my dream. i just recently had a dream. my english is bad so im trying do best i can.

i was having a dream it was started a regular dream there was a people that was atacking  2 of my brothers in the dream in rl i dont have any brothers one of my brother got shot so i run to him grabed him and heal him i grab my hands and pulled the bullet out but i dint touch the bullet i did it with my mind so he heal instantly then this person comes to and he say wow u can heal people. and i told him no sir i can only do this in the dream and i just knew i was dreaming but later on i wake up i guess i had lucid dreaming
some times when i release that im dreaming and im aware of this i would told my self i want to have an obe then everything goes black  and i fell realy weird vabration i get scared it feels like it's going rip my chest open im scared and it's strong vabrations is scary and i hear noise like vabration noise in my head and i can control the vabrations some times i can make it grow stronger or trying make it calm down and some times i just trying go with the vabration and what i do im trying to seperate my body some times it works  i kind have to crawl on my bed grabing my bed and pulling my self away not my physical body and all the sudden i feelt like somthing snapped and all sudenly i move frealy idk
it's all started when i  start study the astral projection few years ago meaby im just crazy
