Reocurring dream...

I just had it last night. but this time it had a different beginning. the different beginning was: I was talking to a guy I know, and he told me that he had seen some kind of portal, and he showed me an insignia which he saw on it (i can barley remember it), and he said that a portal opened at this certain location :end part 1:

Now onto the reoccurring dream i have had many times before, but i so often cannot remember it.
I am in a fairly small technologically advanced village, and i am inside a large concrete building, that has no floors and is just one big open space. There is me and a few other people there and we are fighting a group of other people to the death, the fight isn't important, because it seems to vary each time (this time a guy summoned a GIGANTIC scorpion). But as the fighting seems to get the worst a girl from my team mysteriously leaves. but not too long after this, a giant stone foot comes trough the roof leaving only me and one other guy my age surviving. shocked we look up and see the giant foot lifting up as if its walking, so we run outside to look at it, and we see an incomprehensibly big stone "person" walking through the village and destroying stuff in its wake, as it moves on, but the head of the creature is the moon.
Then we realize that there may be survivors so we listen for anything and we hear someone crying. so we look for the crying and we see the girl that left the building during the fight, but our path to her is blocked with boxes of things that we open up and it turns out that they are supplies. so after moving them we get to her and she is emotionally shattered because of what had just happened. And Finlay we decide to follow the great beast.

then after going on our long journey to follow the beast (reasons unspecified) we come across a City that has been hit by the beast, yet remains in fairly good condition. but then something happens inside the city that is a little hard to remember...

Someone like the village kind is mad at some invading force, for trying to destroy his city. he is also an abusive father (seeing how his wife was killed) to his son. So after speaking with his red headed son he decides to join us and kill the damned beats that crushed his mother.

I have this reoccurring dream (that has variations on it as well),
but the dream usually ends with me dieing, ...
This is kind of hard to explain,
but there are certain events in this dream that can vary according
to how you act yourself.
To put it in simple terms, usually the good guys die in my dream,
then I try it again another way, and the dream goes on a little further.
But I can sense if this is the case because then I get this feeling
that I 'failed the mission' or something.

So I have to do some repeating dreams again because I failed them...
At least that's what I make of it.

But I have had reoccurring dreams that didn't change as well,
so its not really a rule of thumb ...

Wow...Just wow. I really need to start keeping a dream log for this reason. I had that dream like 3 years ago, and now it seems so forigen to me.

Actually, the dream I posted happened on a full moon, I was sleeping in the moonlight also.

I have reaccuring dreams about fighting also. It always happens after I do self presence or cleansing meditations. I think I know the reasons. We are actually a congregation of concious beings all working together (for the most part). Often we get rebelious or bad conciousnesses in our bodies. Fighting could be the battle (or it's symbol) to remove the bad influences from our lives. It could be the conciousnesses or it could be things, people, feelings, addictions, in our lives. Often times in my fighting dreams someone dies. When it is somebody on my team I wake up feeling terrible, when it is a person on the other team I wake up feeling good, and I notice that something negative in my life is nolonger there. I think that this portal is something in your life that is letting in many negative influences. The giant was probably helping you, he sounds like a force more than a person or idea, something unstopable (astrology?). The fact that he has a body of rock and a head of the moon tells me he represents heaven and earth.
