Are you looking for some commentary on this dream?

What do you make of it - if you were looking to discuss it.

Hehehehe...looking for commentary!  Not everything has to be talked about within a inch of it's life..but now that you mentioned it, the one thing I found interesting in this whole dream was when I almost became lucid, and I lost a chunk of the dream.  Did my consciousness go somewhere else and then return, to the on going dream?  And if it did...shouldn't the people have stopped and not continue while I wasn't there, seeings how it's my dream? It was like they continued on with it while I was away for a second...but more than mere seconds passed because of the length of activity that happened while I was "gone"

Or was it not "my" dream, but something that was acting on it's on accord and I was just there for the ride?

Yikes...ok my head hurts..HEHEHEHEHE.[:D]

Hope that made sense to you...[:P]

First of all, fascinating dream!  I feel this was definitely an important message from your subconscious, and probably does bear talking about everything within a inch of it's life, which is really the only way I can analyze a dream.  Obviously, I know nothing of someone elses dream, so I used to throw out myriad possibilites to maybe hit on an explanation that 'feels' right to the dreamer, or give the dreamer an idea that will allow the dreamer to unlock the meaning himself.

That the message was a stream of importance direct from the subconscious I think is why you felt you lost 'track' with the dream when you momentarily became lucid, and normal consciousness started to surface.  Fortunately, your mind allowed the dream to continue.

I see that the dream is about change, and about adaptation to life circumstance.   You are a good person, even in the face of tough choices, very strong, though it would appear to me the dream is calling for further growth, especially in individuation.  Perhaps the cats symbolize something that you need to let go of in real life, some feeling which you are sympathetic too but need to move on from, I am really not sure.

Normally I wouldn't bore ya'll with my well...boring dreams but this one was strange.  Let me start by saying that my dreams vary in intensity not just emotionally but visually.  There are the low key ones, you know the ones, they are grey and just ho-um.  Then I have the dreams that are just sooo vibrant!  Colors that seem even more vibrant than real life, objects that scream...I am alive! (don't mean, funiture that moves, think ya know what I mean) this dream is the latter.

Anyhoo...I am in a house that is mine, but of course I have never seen it, yet I know where every room and object is.  I go outside and there are several people there who I don't know from Adam and there is a camping trailer there, one of those silver ones that can be pulled behind a truck.  I step inside the trailer to have a look around and find a couple more people milling about.  We are talking, nothing profound.

Then the weirdness begins.  I hear metal start to bend and twist.  I'm not alarmed yet and jump outside, take a step back and look at the trailer...Ohhh k.. some unseen force is twisting the poor thing up.  Now the people whom were out there are starting to get excited, not in a good way.[:P] and choas was starting to form.  My first concern was that people were still inside of the trailer, so I ran to the back where it was torn open and look and nope all good there.

The crowd starts running to the back of the house, where there is a covered patio.  I follow and now it starts to rain..not just rain but acid rain!  A few people get inside the house, some are on the patio and the rest got stuck out in the rain and well, their screams were not pleasant.  I was on the patio right at the door and was about to go inside when the patio started leaking, right at the door.  It wasn't a steady stream but enough to make me leary. I jumped thru the stream and into the house.  I even said ouch when some got on me..even though I didn't feel a thing.  At that point I became semi-lucid because I thought..'wait..that didn't even hurt' my mind started to process, but the action around me was so choatic that it swept me away once again and I lost the lucid moment..[:(] And the scene took a quick change.

We were back outside again, the rain had stopped and there was a guy up on a platform speaking to us about having to build a structure that could withstand the acid rain.  I wonder if me having a lucid moment didn't bring about that chunck of action that I apparently missed upon going back outside?  But I digress...

All of a sudden remembering I had cats inside the house and they were still in there, I ran back inside and went right to the room I knew they were in.  They had tried to hide in a box in the corner of the room but the acid rain had ate through the roof and the box.  They were in a great deal of pain and they looked hideous...it was awful.  Not in a million years would I do this in real life, least I don't think I would, but I knew I had to free them from the slow painful death that they were experiencing.  Brace yourselves...I broke their necks!  And cried the whole time.

Someone then came up to me and was slowly pulling me back outside to the platform.  They had already started building the new structure but I was still freaked out about my cats so wasn't paying too much attention to it.  I did look closer at what they were doing and I did have a moment of happiness, knowing the structure would hold and was quite brilliant on their part.  Then I woke up...[^]

See what I mean about boring ya?..hehehe.  Dreams..go figure.[:P]
