Prophecies in dreams?

Has anyone ever had a prophecy in a dream?  If so, how did you know it was a prophecy?  (By prophecy I mean a foretelling of events, or a premonition/prediction of some sort, etc).

Did the prophecy come true, or did something related to the prophecy occur?

I only ask because I may have had one, but I'm not entirely sure.  I was walking down my neighborhood street and I sort of, just, sensed it.  Hard to explain.  :?

I don't know how accurate one of my dreams was...

But it was a very vivid dream of something crashing into a building causing a fireball.
I couldn't see precisely what the object was though, guess I wasn't meant to see it.

It was about a month prior to the 9/11 incident, so it kind of gave me the chills when it happened.

But that's about the only one that I can recall to have any kind of relevance.

That's so cool.  Do you feel them in your dreams, or are they spur-of-the-moment type?

Your grandmother must be a fascinating person to be around :)

mine always happen right before the incident. cause im weaker and havent trained my ability. but once, this girl had brought these papers over to class. they were research papers on clairvoyant people. and i thought she had already done this, cause i had seen her do it(but she hadnt) so i told her everything she was about to say. thats how my gramma does it. she sees it as already happened, and she cant tell that it hasnt happened yet. but thats only on spontaneous visions. like when she predicte amy lee's marriage. but if the voice tells her whats going on, he'll tell her that it hasnt happened yet. also, when she stops eating for a day or two, she can conjure up visions of the future.
