Your greatest fears and desires often play out in your dreams. Dreaming some thing does not always mean that it is going to happen or that you are having a problem with some thing.
But if he is having the same dream over and over then you two, as a couple, may want to talk about it. See if either one may have done some thing or said some thing that would suggest that. Find out what it was so you two can deal with it and get over it. Be blunt and an adult so that you can avoid cause any real problems.
If anything I am willing to bet it some thing really stupid. So get it out there, have a laugh about it, and tell/show each other how much you love the other.
