yes.....some do it alot easier than others but anyone can learn...there are books that give techniques that may be helpful...you can find some tips on here as well!
Anyone that has ever dreamed (which is any human that sleeps for atleast 90 mins a day if I remember correctly) can learn to lucid dream.
In the beginning it's important to work on increasing your ability of remembering your dreams, as if you can't recall a lucid dream then you may aswell of not had one.
Try putting some searches around the net on lucid dreaming.
I read once that a good way to have a lucid dream is to stop everyday, many times throughout the day, and ask yourself if you are dreaming? Then, when you are asleep and dreaming, there is a good chance that you will do it in your dream out of habit.
I tried that technique once and ended up remembering a dream in which I stopped and asked myself if I was dreaming. Unfortunately, I decided that I was not dreaming and continued on with the dream.
Lasher
lmao lasher.. that sucks! but its farther than i've made it in a long time.
i used to do that all the time and i had two lucid dreams. they were my first so i wasnt used to it and wasnt able to do much before losing lucidity.
