Yeah, maybe you should have posted it somewhere else, but the answer to your question is yes!!!!   That is the beginning of an OBE!

Quite often when I am relaxed, whether it be duuring the day or at night, I get a feeling like by whole body is moving back and fourth or up and down. I don't see anything moving and my body is not physicaly moving, but it feels like it is. Is this the beginings of an OBE?
