Title: Cheese and warm milk!!

I have a slice of cheese, 2 yogurts and pepermint tea before going to bed. Dairy products cause a little bit of digestion, which keeps you more awake during the night, which allows you to be more aware of your dreams, I think.. I dont know about the pepermint tea, I just know it works.

I read in this book that some cheese or a glass of hot milk before going to sleep will increase your overall dream activity during a night. This has actually been proven scientifically.
