Clarification on WILD?

I have searched a bit on the subject but still not sure exactly if what I'm having can be classified as wake induced lucid dreams (WILD)

I had another lucid dream today and it came about after waking from a normal dream then I got up for about 30mins and went back to bed....I decided it might be a good opportunity to try for an obe, but what actually happened as I settled into a nice relaxed state is I seemed to jump straight to a dream state (but Lucid). Before this I was getting some hypnogogic scenes but didn't feel I was in focus 10 state, just very relaxed. Anyway, when in this lucid dream state I was fullly aware and knew I had just switched.....it was set in my bedroom but the scenery was not totally accurate....a wall that has a basin sink & cupboards wasn't there, instead it was just a bare wall, etc but I strangely couldn't move very well and eventually decided to abort the lucid dream. I willed myself to return to physical and a split second later I was back in bed as normal.

So, WILD is when you sort of 'phase' into the dream state consciously? As some people talk of waking then going back into a dream state, or having a false awaking.....not sure which one mine fits, as it could also be a false awakening in the sense I thought I'd jogged myself awake from a very relaxed state (as we do sometimes)

Anyone know exactly what I had?....and is there any interesting links online I can maybe study this further or any good books on the subject? I'm keen to explore this further

Thanks [:)]

As I lay down and rested, I marveled at the stars in the night sky, but then I thought, where the hell has the bloody ceiling gone!
