Last night I've had a normal dream until I thought about something, and it just happened. After that, I can't remember any dreams until I started dreaming with my favorite stuff, that I've tried dreaming about for a long time. It's just really weird, I've tried for so long to dream with that kind of stuff, been thinking about it for whole days and it didn't have any effect. I'm just wondering if that "thinking about stuff and happening afterwards" became a trigger for my counsciousness and it gives me the best experiences, because it happened before and that's the only way I can realize I'm in a dream.

And then something really weird happened after that. If I really love the dream and something wakes me up, I can go back to bed and continue from where I was. Ok, so, my cat kept meowing for me to open the door so he can go outside. I woke up, opened the door, and went back to bed so I can continue the dream. But then I kept hearing gun shots, I opened my eyes for 1 second to see if it disappears, and it didn't. I decided to just get out of bed and see if it's real or it's something else, after that it just stopped. Someone told me in a recent post that it's clairaudience.

I'm not sure that I fully understand "dreaming with my favorite stuff" but it sounds like you have successfully used this to create a possible Dream Trigger. Well done! With reinforcement, this DT should serve to bring you greater awareness with a few more experiences. The test then will be to control your excitement once you become fully aware within a dream. This is a fun moment! The feeling of realization and the power at your fingertips is incredible! Enjoy!

The gunshot noises were likely hypnagogia designed to distract you which they did. This was a challenge to your ability to focus and re-enter the experience. Sneaky stuff, huh? :-D
You were in that in-between state where certain aspects of the Non-Physical can blend with the Physical and serve as a distraction. Now you know better.
Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.

I just tried it again this today. It seems that every time I sleep for more than 10 hours, I dream with the things I want to, for example anime. I never dreamt with anime before, probably 2 or 3 times and the dreams didn't last long. But now, if I sleep for more than 10 hours, I dream full episodes of anime with my favorite characters. They're very vivid and it feels like they're just the way I want them to. Guess I'll just have to sleep for more than 10 hours every time I can, lol.
