We spend our lives doing things, of course. As we do certain things we get better and better overtime with practice.
Lets apply this to dreams. Im not sure about obe or AP since i havnt done either consciously.
If we practice soccer in dreams, and you can change the physics to "normal" for closest simulation, wouldnt you gain skill?
i dont see why not really. Mabey the simulation isnt exactly like earth which you can later master, but even if it is off you would (i think) gain experiance with the sport. So if you gain a little, you can eventually gain a lot.
I dont see much difference between "reality" and dreams.
Am i on the right track or has it not been proven. this can apply to AP and what not of course as well.

I don't see why not. They say you're better doing things that you can visualize yourself doing first, so dreaming could possible have the same effect. And dreaming can influence people to do a particular thing or create something they might not otherwise do. Some artists possibly hone their skills in their sleep.

Talk to your subconscious in a LD. Just find someone and ask them to take you to your subconscious. Ask it questions. Mine told me to be careful when I tell it to do things because it could harm me if I told it to do something crazy.

Next time I get the chance though, I'm going to tell it to unlock my piano skills. I know it sounds crazy, but having a direct conversation with your subconscious has to be useful.

Try that, or "poof" a computer into your dream with the focus on  it being a computer of your brain. Then go in and make changes that you want. It might not work, but it may very well help.

I've actually spawned a computer like this, but I couldn't get ticked the password screen lol. That's why it's useful to plan out or create your computer before you try this. Make sure to include specific files that you want to use. I've actually done planning of my own that I'd like to test. I don't get the chance to LD very often, so if you'd like to try this out let me know and I'll send you my plans.

If you have any need of a dream interpreter or anything similar, PM me. I'll try to help you out.
And if there's something strange in the neighborhood, don't call Ghostbusters. PM me and I'll attempt to guide you through your problem.

Talk to your subconscious in a LD.

From my personal experiences, my dreams often reveal aspects about myself.
I find that when I pay attention to those recurring dreams, decode it and subsequently deal with any negative self perceptions, or issues,
my life and relationship with others improve.
During non-visual sleep I am often aware of the mind chatter, my own consciousness re-arranging and making sense of my experiences,
and my attitudes. I am female, and my inner self (awareness) offen talks to me in a deep male voice during my sleep, and reveals my inner truth.

Discussions with my inner awareness/ higher self:
All is consciousness, therefore all things are thought constructs, concepts.
Realisation: out of nothingness, as consciousness we give definitions to things, ideas  -by idea associations and experiences (role play).
Polarity is a means of giving definition to ideas.
Eg/  The concept of good is needed to define evil; need both reference points to give meaning.
Similarly cold is required to define hot and vice-versa.

I pay attention to the symbology in my lucid dreams, because symbols are usually a metaphor about aspects of you, your attitudes and your life.
Since each person experiences their own subjective reality, the best person to understand the dream is the dreamer.
For example I had a lucid dream of 2 pyramids. One pyramid is crumbling down, in another scene I see 2 metallic dinosaurs,
and 2 flying pterodactyl circuling a dissolving pyramid. I interpret this to mean the old established structures in my perceived
'physical' reality (including government: external mind control agents) is in the process of being dismantled,
and my previous definition of self and reality is also dissolving.

Through a process of introspection, self discovery and validation via meditation, OOBEs, phasing & lucid dreaming,
I continue to experience spiritual growth and a commensurate sense of liberation of my soul from the once limited self definitions.

>>>Through my journey down the rabbit hole of self-discovery, only to find reflections of myself, I realise that:

There is nothing to fear but fear itself.

We indeed live in a divine universe, and that
our relationship with the notion of "GOD" is not "out there" but intrinsically "in here."
By the very act of thinking, perceiving and feeling we apply free will, and
our divine ability to create the experiential Universe of motion and things.

My attitude to life has profoundly changed, I love my life and if I want to change it, I know I can by changing my thoughts
because I create my subjective reality :)

We are spirit, expressing what we will.
We act out perSONAs on our stage of iMAGEination.
We are both the dreamer & the dream.
I think therefore I am.
I am consciousness & potentiality

Nice post,
It reminds me of Walter Russels outlook on our physical reality being one in equilibrium. Composed of two parts the male and female view he expresses is very interesting and when applied to everything it seems his thoughts are ultimately the actual reality of everything we know.
Its that divine comment that makes it true.
Thanks.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

maybe our dreams are subconscious messages in which we are to interprite into our everyday lives to better ourselves(subconscious knows you better than you do maybe dreams are a learning tool or practice meant to be mastered and utilized)
