Hi Dark Quest,

The first name that comes to mind is Stephen LaBerge, who has a website http://www.lucidity.com/ , and has written several books on lucid dreaming. The names of the books are: Lucid Dreaming, and his second book entitled: Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming.

There are other good books out there too, and perhaps some of the members can suggest some others.

Very best,
Nick

DarkQuest,
Here are a list of some of my favorites. I collected dream books. Each dream book has a life of their own. It's amazing the various ways author's explain or interpret dreams. Stay open to the feel about your own dreams and interpretations. In due time the most interesting dream book is your own journal. I've discovered my dreams are a mixture of all the other types. My favorite dream experts are Carl Jung (psychology) and Edgar Cayce (mystic-healer).
