Premonition of the Carnival's Return

I have been noticing in my dreams small premonitions of objects that occur in my dreams. For example I saw a  long metal shoe horn in one dream and in another dream on the same night I was fighting over cakes with kids. The next day at my in laws they had such a shoe horn and served a lot of sweets. Of course I knew we were going to visit and had seen that shoe horn before and was used to being served sweets there. Yesterday I saw a long stick or speer being used to attack someone in my dream and then saw my kids messing around with long big branches dangerously on the playground and thought immediately of my dream.

Now due to these occurences I have started looking at my dreams not just for subconscious stuff being worked out but always with an eye towards possible little occurrences during the day to see if I could not avoid some sort of trouble. If I had taken that "advice" from my subocnscious a couple of days ago I would have felt better and not eaten so many sweets and cookies[]

Maybe with a little practice I could stretch my time frame for my premonition dreams out a little further than just the next day or make the things more connected to one another( a whole serie sof events and not just some objects in the middle of some other type of dream).

To make a long story short, last August I went to the carnival that was at the mall with a friend, and she worked at McDonald's at the time.  She bought the carnies food and they let us ride the rides unlimited for free (we saved over $500.00, no joke!)... Because of that, we got to know the carnies fairly well, and found out 1st hand that most myths about carnies aren't true; they're pretty cool people[|)] ... anyway, i ended up falling in "love" (note the quotes) with one of the carnies, Kevin, and gave him my #.  He called like 5 times and i wasn't there any of those times[}:)][}:)][}:)] (<--I wasn't happy).

After the carnival left, my friend Melanie and I had very similar dreams of the carnival's return.  The thing was that the dreams were taking place in April or May (ie: now)... In my dreams it was a different carnival, though, although I did later have dreams of Kevin's carnival coming back.

Well, anyway, on Monday a carnival was at the mall!  Today I went up there and talked to some of the carnies, and found that it was in fact a different carnival.  I've waited 8 months, I can wait 4 more, i guess.

I thought this story was worth sharing for a couple reasons:
1. Who wouldn't want to hear about a Carnie romance?[]
2. I think it's pretty amazing that I dreamt about a different carnival coming 8 months before it did
