dream with a duck

when i was lil girl i had dreams with a duck a lot of times? do any now the maning to that? i was chasing it with a stik.. and the was some green walls too.. i think i was about 6 or 5 at that time.. i use to have a lot of deams.. but now i dont have any at all and when i do there would be people traing to hurt me.. or to do something bad to me?

Are you saying that you rarely remember dreams, but when you do they are nightmares? I have encountered that a few times but I don't know how to solve it. I think it starts with fear. You are afraid that you will have nightmares, and when you have one you will be more afraid of the next and there will just be more and more of them.
