Dreaming of OBE

I had a dream the other night that was quite simple. I have been trying to have an OBE for the past month I believe but have not had much success. Here is what happened in my dream, it was not very clear to me when I woke up.


All I can remember from the dream is that I knew concentrating on one thing while dreaming is a way to bring yourself to have an OBE. I concentrated on my right hand and just stared at it. After staring at it in my dream it was like I zoomed in on my hand and I started traveling through a tunnel and with much force. This was very quick and after coming through this "tunnel" I landed on my feet right next to my bed. This is when I awoke. Could anyone explain what is going on here?

I'm not sure, but I had a dream about OBE last night. I'm in a similar position, I've been trying a lot recently.

My experience started when I went to bed last night and tried to reach the mind awake body asleep state. However, I fell asleep and started dreaming. It was sometime during the day and I looked out the kitchen window and noticed the people across the road were packing up and moving house. For some reason I wanted a better view so I went to my room and was lying on my bed watching them load the truck up.

After a short while I fell asleep and became lucid (in my dream while dreaming). I willed myself out of my body and got the separation sensations and rolled off the bed. I actually hit the floor and thought I physically rolled out of bed. But I opened my eyes, got up and to my surprise saw a ghostly, colored figure lying in my bed. I thought wow I am doing it and to make sure went and put my hand through the wall lol. I noticed the people across the road still there and thought it would be cool to fly over and look from above. It felt so real, I wasn't sure about going in case they saw me in my underwear lol. I eventually went and after a short while decided that I would like to explore (the astral I think). So I flew straight up and as I did the environment around me changed.

To my left I noticed something kind of hopping along and willed myself to fly in that direction. As I got closer it grew wings and sorta flew with me and flew off. I couldn't make it out, just a black bug like figure. The next thing I remember is that I was walking along and this man appeared and walked with me. He proceeded to tell me that he was my brother in a past life and I was first born in 540BC  . I asked if he'd been in the physical lately and what his name was but I can't remember what he said. I feel I would have been lucid to ask these questions, but I can't really remember. We walked some more and noticed a place called Jay's Mail or something similar where I knew he worked or had some sort of responsibilities. That's where I woke up in bed in the physical. So yeah, just wanted to write that out ... a lucid dream/OBE in a dream ...  :confused:
