Hi Seungbi,

I think that the funniest part of lucid dreams IS that you can do whatever you want to! You say you don't know what to do. Are you already tired of flying? Just create! Places, characters, and explore! Why don't you try to call out loud someone you know? Maybe you could experience a mutual dream! Wow!
Go for an OBE.

I find you very lucky to be able to have lucid dreams on demand. I am working on that. I've always been councious I was dreaming when having nightmares, which is very practical since I simply wake up to escape. Actually now I should try to confront my fears, which is still not easy even if I know I'm dreaming. But the thing is that I rarely have nightmares now.

I hope I soon will be able to look at my hands too.

i dont believe that you "have" to do anything. you should do whatever you imagine. i don't know if i'll ever have enough lucid dreams to accomplish all of the things that i want to do. maybe sit and write a list of things you want to do and pick one for each night you dream. this  is also very helpful if you focus on the task that you want to accomplish before you fall asleep because it may help you gain lucidity. if you have a dream goal in mind for a certain night and you are dreaming but non lucid, there is still a chance taht you will carry out the task on the list. if you do this there is a very good chance you will notice that you are doing the task and can conclude you are dreaming. you should gain lucidity there if you haven't already.you mentioned that you read the tibetan yoga of sleep. if it's the same book i am thinking about then i believe it may say something along the lines of not looking for spiritual beings but praying to them before you sleep. also if you are familiar w/ the samsaric and clear light aspects then you should just follow the practices on dreaming and eventually you will be dreaming clear light dreams which should be the dreams that have spiritual beings in them if any. also, it seems like you have read some good books on lucid dreaming. they vary from one another and it's important to keep in mind that just reading all of the good books and thinking about the practices arent enough. i know it's posted everywhere but i learned the hard way about taking your time and integrating the practices into your life gradually and at the correct times. i wanted to blow through all of the practices in one night and thought i was special. i still think i'm special :) but have learned to take it easy. good luck.

I have been practicing Lucid Dreaming since this March. Judging from experiences that I started having, i believe there are some improvements.
What I do for practice are simple such as recalling dreams, NEW stimulation, and an intent to see my hands in the dream. My knowledge is based on books: Astraldynamics, Tibetan Yoga of Sleep and Art of Dreaming(Carlos Castaneda)
Last dream I had was really fascinating! I slept with an intention of looking my hands. Once i was in dream, I was aware of dreaming and looked at my hands ASAP. I seems like by concentrating on my hands, I have more control of dream. I could change the content of dream, and of course could fly whenever i looked at my glowing/melting hands. Carlos Castaneda also  mentions about concentrating on hands or any object in the dream, once i started to concentrate on any object, suddenly i get sucked into an hole with incredible speed and transported into other "world?".  but don't know what really it means...
Carlos Castaneda also suggests to shout in the dream with an intent, but I haven't done that yet.
From my point of view, in order to practice dream successfully, the most essential principle is to gain lucidity of dream, and then do something like concentration, or shouting....
i have a question. sometimes i don't know what to do once lucidity is achieved, i see my hands and stuff... but do you guys have an idea of what is really that has be done?  maybe seek out spritual being? then how?
