Way to go, Lynfer!  I love dreaming!

There are only four pages of the Dream forum, I'm pretty sure you'll find what you're looking for about Lucid dreaming there!

If you select "show all topics" from the drop down menu above the page selection you'll find theres 42 pages. So plenty to read and learn from [:)].

Nay, I find your method of turning lucid(by looking at your hands) a bit tricky because am not always conscious at the ending of my dreams.
But who am I to say- I bet it is working at a deeper level right now. My theory is that first it affects the subconscious which in affect reaches to the consciousness. Thank you for it![:)]

You're welcome!

Through out the day you should look at your hands, and pretty soon you should be doing in your dreams automatically..[^]

Good-luck and keep us posted!

ok I am embarrased to admit that the most reliable way for me to make a dream (or check) lucid, is to think about sex, and getting some right then and there.  it's an easy thing to think of and hook into, and as long as you aren't too particular in your settings and whatnot to get you in the mood, it can work.  you can always change your mind, anyway.

There are thousands or millions of resourcs in the world on lucid dreaming. I chose the AP as my number one[;)] Do I need to go through all that thousands of info?[:D]

This is very interesting to say the least. For the past 3 weeks I have remembered every single dream I have had. Not only one. But 2 dreams a day at least.
And how did it all start? Well- I didn't usually remember my every dreams but, out of a week, I would remember say- 3 dreams. Then I decided since I have plenty of time in the summer, why don't I focus on the more abnormal/spiritual part of my life.
That's when I started remembering most of my dreams, but not all. After a week or two after having decided that- I made a choice that I would record every single dream I have. I knew I could remember my dreams every day.
So I started remembering 'every' single one of them , but with a lot of effort. After a while I barely used any effort and that's when i started remembering more than one dream per day.
I want to perhaps bring it to the next level: Lucid Dreaming. Does anyone have any tips on how I can achieve that?
I welcome and enjoy every reply and advice.Thank you to those who read this[:D]
