So I was taking a nap in my hotel room, and I was dreaming that I was moving around the room and looked outside. I saw a car pulling out and then I saw all the othe other cars parked on the street but I wa wondering about all these cars I hadn't seen. Then I was looking for my car an dit wasn't there and all the cars were parked crooked, so then I said to myself "wait a minute am I dreaming" so I immediately looked at my hands and they began to melt so I knew I was lucid, at that point I decided to go to my classroom where I am taking a class and I felt as the scene began to change and I was being transported an darrived somewhre. It felt as if I was floating somewhere but the scene couldn't come up an dI woke up.

wow two days in a row that is a first for me and at the same time, this is awesome, I wonder why I was not able to go to the RTZ in my classroom.

Good show!- I notice with me there is almost inevitably an increase in lucidity with the full moon.

Last night was a full moon, which is why I am mentioning it.

I continue to keep my eye on this.

anyone else notice this too?

I personally don't like attributing success to things that can't be proven, because you could build up unnecessary mental blocks, meaning less chance of success when there isn't a full moon.

I like to think it's all about how I do things, not outside influences. Whether or not that's the case, I'm not sure, but I don't want to blow any chances of success because of superstition. Nor do I want certain expectations because the full moon is coming. I want to do it at the time of my choosing.

A good example is several years ago when TVOS (David Warner) had thought the subway sandwich he ate was influential on his success, so he tried eating the exact sandwich to see if there was a correlation. There wasn't, it was just a coincidence that he would OBE after having one. That could have turned into one huge unnecessary superstition without thinking through it though. I'm sure subway wouldn't mind. At least you don't have to pay for the full moon.

I haven't, only because I never really have LDs.

However, I have noticed that my crystals tend to be more....uhhh.....well, they seem to show me more during the full moon.  I have also noticed that it's easier to clear my mind during a new moon.  might just be superstition, but ever since I began paying attention to moon phases in regard to ritual work, I have noticed little differences in psychic experience (meaning psyche, not necessarily "psychic experience").

I'm on board with Stookie for the most part though.  But I will say that over the years, the notion of cycles has impacted my awareness more and more.  It's like a gut feeling, that cycles have an effect on perception.

For years I've always had the notion of cycles as well, they've always been there and I've always noticed them. I would even try to attribute them to things like the moon and seasons, etc. (it's probably in our blood from thousands of years back when it was needed). But I would say over the past year and a half they either went away or I quit looking for them. It's nice being able to have a quality day everyday, not just when a good cycle is coming round.

A friend of mine recently called me and said very excitedly "I just had the most AWESOME meditation", and before he could describe it I said "Good. Now do that everyday." That's been my recent philosophy. I just hate waiting around for a good cycle, so I create it. Or do my best and ignore the rest. Seems to be working.

I think I should clarify my perception of said cycles.  I never really see one as being better for certain things than others.  It's more like a simple awareness of things "going 'round".  I don't let it have an impact on my practice.  It's more like an intuitive knowing that the world around me is 'pulsating'.  I take it as a sign of life.

As far as daily living is concerned, I agree 100% with you.  It's about that Internal Locus of Control.  Understanding that I am a powerful being if and when I choose to be.  It's not the cycles that make me powerful, it is I who make them powerful if that's the way I choose to go about it.  It may sound conceited or something, but I almost feel like the cycles are internal, that I am pulsating and so reality pulsates with me.
