Been this way a couple of times now. Been thinking if my body knows it is about to get sick but I do not feel sick at all while having the dream or when waking up in my real body. It is only about 30 minutes to about 1 hour or so after waking up that I suddenly get that way, instantaneously,  and have to rush to the bathroom. I will spare you the details. Before that I thought I was just fine, just a normal morning (...I should know by now). I have been thinking if possible the dream was so real that it impact my astral body to my real body  and making it sick afterwards? Or am I crazy to think of that possibility? If and when I have woken up during the night after such a dream I don't feel sick so it is not as if the sick condition has wandered right into my dream.

The way i am used to it is the other way around, that one has a fever or am sick in another way and it effects the dreams, but for me to get physically ill as if it was real, the other way around is now rather new to me. I don't know what to think of it.

In the dreams the food always at first look alright for me to then discover it ain't, too late, but even saying to someone else or to myself Nah, I or we'll be fine. It's also been that while eating the food in the dreams it taste just normal so I am always thinking that I or we somehow escaped getting something bad in our system by accident.

After so and so during the day I'm fine again. Does not last as long as if I would have gotten sick for real (with my real body). I find all this peculiar.

I am very rarely sick, ill otherwise.

Has anyone experienced anything like this?

P.S I hope I don't gross someone out. This is my first thread. Things can only get better (sorry).
