Does anyone know of any good media-like products that can help with having lucid dreams? Thanks all.

Try setting your alarm an hour before you're due to get out of bed. When you drift back off to sleep, let yourself go except try to hold your consciousness as hard as you can. You'll probably fall asleep and start dreaming, but you'll have the idea to 'stay conscious'.

Might help.

Use binaural beats to get into alpha state (or meditate).  In alpha, tell your subconscious mind that the next time you are dreaming, you will become highly lucid.  Visualize a recent dream you had, and then imagine yourself becoming lucid in the dream, and imagine what you would do and how it would feel.  Have faith that your subconscious mind will follow your request.

Do this just before falling a sleep.

Whats the difference between a lucid drem and a normal one?

Awakened_Mind

A lucid dream is when you have conscious control over the scenery rather than just watching a movie.
