Was I dreaming?

I put on some calm music, laid down in the bed and after 10 or 20 minutes my arms started to get numb, and then I heard strange noises in my head, but I don't think that was the vibration that I was supposed to get. I tried to move my arms but they were numb as hell, snapped out of it and then everything went back to normal. So, was I dreaming or did I actually do something? :D

Hey I just had that same experience excluding the noises part. I just made my arms go numb while relaxing in an attempt my attempt to WILD (Wake Induced Lucid Dream).
<<Read This>> - You are awesome.

You both can relax your bodies. That's one stage mastered, well done.
Stay aware as in being yourself and the lights and sounds show will come next.
Stay with it just noticing and don't react to any of it.
This will awaken you in the NP.
Do this for a while, sometimes it'll be fast others slower. Remember what you experience and stay just aware enough to not fall asleep.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

I seemed to be able to relax my body a few months ago, but they all seem just like dreams. If I try to imagine something while I'm in that state it's so vivid that it actually feels like a dream, even though I know I'm just standing there with my eyes closed, and I can wake up whenever I want to just by opening my eyes. It's weird

Forgot to say in my first post, while I was experiencing that I didn't hear any of the music that was playing, only the noises, and when I snapped out of it I heard the music again.

You'd still be able to wake yourself, all the bodily sensations shouldn't be present. Noise is usually the last thing that fades. The hypno noises only fade when your in an NP environment.
It should feel as if your awake, the scenery may not be the physical room you're sleeping in. If you are aware and in another environment that surrounds you the same as being awake you should rub your hands together and feel things around you to deepen your experience. This will phase you into it completely and you then interact with it.
That's it, you've projected.
Do what seems correct so you blend in. Your experience will lead you where you need to be and the fun starts.
The deepening mentioned above is what gives you clarity. It may seem foggy or dreamlike if you are not fully phased into the environment.
Enjoy the success, you are now in the driving seat.

:D One question, sometimes when I try to relax my body, after a while my muscles are getting tense by themselves (I don't really know the word in english. Like flexing, but not really) and I realize it just after 10 or 20 seconds. Will that count as if I moved?

Szaxx

No, your body will move slightly as it breathes and this has no effect. You just ignore these muscle twitches.
Any discomfort should be slowly removed so you keep the relaxation the same.
Stay still and allow the rest to happen by itself.
