I had a dream last night where I was able to rewrite the entire first part of my work "The Kaleidoscope Vortex", and it seemed really good at the time. I can't know for sure if it really was good or just seemed good because of the dream consciousness because I can't remember anything I wrote, but whatever  8-). My question is, has anybody experienced enhanced creativity like this in the dream state?
THE ANSWER PARADOX
The answer to all paradoxes shows this: "Reality contains logic therefore logic cannot contain reality."
The paradox here is "how can one know this is true?".

If the answer to one paradox is another then the question is the answer.

I write a lot of good songs in my dreams and I'm also a lot better at spanish in my dreams. Then, I forget it all not long after waking up. I usually suspect it's not as good as I think in the dream though. Then again, one time I remembered most of a song I had in a dream, and it was really neat.

On another note, I use a lot of plots in my dreams as plots for stories I write. I think my subconscious is either a lot more creative than my consciousness or more confident and less inhibited. I think most people are probably like that though.

Interesting.  :-D Yes, I'd think that less inhibition and/or more confidence would make for better creative processes.

When im drifting off to sleep and im thinking about somthing i often notice how my thinking changes, it gets more symbolic and stuff.

Dreams use more the creative side of you, wich means when concentrating on that you can do just the same when fully awake.
