Hi
Could it be that you could think that you get out of bed in the night to go to the bathroom or whatever, but you're actually dreaming, then you 'go back to bed' and the dream ends?
So you think you're fully conscious but actually dreaming, and everything seems perfectly lifelike?

Cos last night I got up and went to the bathroom and when I looked in the mirror I noticed how well I was looking, like the circles under my eyes had gone and my skin looked healthier.  it was quite a dramatic change.
and before I noticed that I looked quite thinner in the mirror then the next time I looked I was back to normal.
I mean I've heard of people leaving their bodies and not noticing till their hand goes through the door handle or something.
but, if I suspect this has happened and I look at my hands, should my fingers appear to melt, cos thats like a reality test or whatever its called according to robert bruce.  or, if I try to read something or whatever, I would notice I was dreaming yeah?

This could also be a precog dream or you seeing what's in the future.  Good news all around.

Yep.  Been there, done that.

This is true of an etheric projection.  Other types of projections are trickier.  Mental projections are the hardest to test.

I can't see why you would think that.
