My eating problem personified

Ha!  Last night I had a dream that there was this overweight hairy guy pushing me around.  I got in his face, though, and beat him up.  Then, strangely enough, I poured M&Ms all over him, which melted, and then I took all these bags of candy he had and threw them in hot water, to insult him.  They also melted.

I've read a lot about confronting internal problems as people in dreams, but I always thought it would have to be me, intentionally searching out a certain problem, and while lucid.  I'm convinced, though, that this dream last night was me facing my eating problem.  I think now that he has a name he will be easier to deal with.  I'm glad I've started keeping a dream journal, so I could make that connection before I just forgot the dream.
