Dream about a dark female spirit

Well it was pretty short:

(This first part is just stuck in my mind like this, I am not sure if it really happend)
A female was sitting at an old wooden desk with a long dress writing into a book. For some reason I remember scribbling over the pages so that she could not write in it anymore or read what she wrote.
(Now this part I can remember very vividly)
The female transforms herself into a black mass (think of that bug demon at constantine out of a black mass... same shape shifting functions). She flys to me rapidly pinning me onto my stomach ontop of my bed. I can feel my whole back tingling because she is on it. I look to my left and see her pinning my arm onto the bad with her black hand. Then she says to me angrily "I will get you!" or "I will get you for this!" (can't remember which of the two). She does not let me go so I start telling myself that I am stronger since I feel panick coming up and start trying to force her to leave with my thoughts. It works and she lets me go... then I wake up and if I remember correctly I was in the same position in my bed as she pinned me down.

Now I don't really believe in Negs etc. but what on earth was that. All dreams after this were nightmares with deformed humans etc.

Hmmmm..  Where was your arm located?  As to the tingling, it could have been because you were on your stomach.  I cannot lie on my stomach without it tingling or hurting anymore.  It could have just been your mind trying to make sense of the sensations and seeings how us humans tend to look to the negative side first.. and you did mention the constantine movie.  I'm thinking it was subconscious pulling that up.

My arm was streched forward beside my head. Just lie on your stomach and naturally stretch your arm forward (not sideways that your hand is above your head, just straight forward). Also let your elbow have a bent in it.

Anyway I just used the Constantine thing to try to explain how the form looked like... it was not exactly like it and it also did not shape shift. I did not watch the movie for a very long time and so it should not have been activated in my subconcious. I also did not think of the movie before going to sleep or anything.

Are you a writer? Or do you aspire to be one?  An even better question would be do you have a spirit guide and if so have you tried automatic writing?

It sounds to me like your subconscious is trying to express itself, but your ego keeps trying to prevent it from doing so.
