I. Feel. Awesome. ... Well at least every time I think about it. I remember it perfectly... I had a faint vibration in my head. I was on my street, and there were blood-red clouds lining the horizon. My neighbors were all outside, and I was having a levitation contest with my teacher... ya, I know...

So, around then I gained awareness, and tried a reality check. I find it easier to perform reality checks only when confused. As you may have noticed, I was confused. I couldn't get my finger through my hand, and I couldn't see any clocks. I pressed really hard on my hand, but nothing. I remember text being jumbled, though... Which is weird, because I've actually read in non-lucid dreams, without noticeable change (or so it seems).

I should've tried a pinching or biting technique... but I forgot to.

Anyways, first LD in ~ 10 years!

Looking forward to tonight to see if I can do it again.

Also, I remember thinking about scary things and fear, and nothing happened. I was safe.

Thanks a lot for taking the time to read this!

Congrats!  I'm in quite the LD slump myself, which I hope to break soon.  :)

You're gonna give my subconscious the motivation it needs to wake the hell up!  hehe

I personally find that once a habit (bad or good) is broken in real life or in a dream-state, it will help with lucidity. For example, the teacher I saw in my dream I've seen out side of school before, and she said "hi" back. In this dream, she didn't and a guy closely resembling Montel Williams escorted  me away from the gas station that doesn't exist in real life, only in my dream environment. For some reason, she was surrounded by paparazzi... which led me to believe something was not right, and then BOOM - red clouds, and I'm back on my street. And there's a bank there for some reason... Which is weird b/c I live on a side street, so more awareness was "generated" if you will. I tried to think about OBE's and that's when I started to vibrate.. It was a nice, calm tone. Very loving... And for some reason the neighbors who don't like me (not my fault, btw) were happy to see me, along with all the rest of said neighbors. The more I think about it, the more tranquil it seems... Perhaps they weren't really supposed to represent my actual neighbors, but the concept embedded in the word "neighbor" itself: to accept. That's it. I felt accepted... Which is a first! :-D!!

Yay... I just had a revelation (to some degree).
