So last nite i was sleeping (as i do every nite) and i had a dream.  its kinda unclear what it was until i became lucid.  I probally have never been this aware in a dream but it was real quick cause for a real strange reason i was nervous... [:(]  anyways, What happened was I was near a baseball field with my boss at work, and i started to raise and my boss said "look he's levitating" but it was really flying.  as i went up in the air faster and faster i became aware i was dreaming, and i flew up fast in the air.  shortly after cause i got nervous [:(] i woke up.  Can anybody give me tips so i dont get this nervous feeling, cause after i woke up i wish i didn't wake up nervous like that, and i woke up around 2 or 3am somethin like that.  Why i say that is because i normally dont have dreams around that time, so i also came up with a thought.  cause most dreams are in the morning hours like before u gotta wake up, and i took a real long nap earlier (this nap was from 11am-4pm cause i had to wake up at 5am for work pickin corn till 8am when i came home at 9am)so maybe if you take a nap in the afternoon, it can make dreams come to you when you sleep earlier before you gotta wake up for work or whatever.  im gonna try this and see what happens with dreams in general, but anyhow, tips for my lucid experience would be nice, and any similar dream patterns with the napping then having a dream earlier than u usually would have one.  so just talk, hehe.  (sorry the post is long, i just think too much hehe)
