Dream/Lucid Dream/OBE studies?

Does anyone have any links to any good, scientific based studies on dreaming/lucid dreaming/obes?  I'm talking about stuff with brainwave mapping... stuff like that.
I have some ideas I want to research up on and aren't having much luck.

10 years back it was mostly speculation, K complexes being triggered by noises was interesting.

I'm looking to see if some hypothesises (?) I have have been tested at some point in the past.

One of the specifics I'm looking for is a correlation between the speed of eye movement in REM with how long the REM cycle is.

I found this looking at long term memory recall and lack of REM sleep.
