Having Sex in My Dream

Twice, while asleep, I'm dreaming that I'm having sex.  I've dreamt that I've had sex with people before, but I've never felt anything before.  Lately, I can feel the movements and the orgasms--it's surreal!  Both times, it's awoken me, and both times, my heart is racing.

I'm a little embarrassed by it.  I've been happily married for almost 12 years.  Since I'm not actually seeing what I'm dreaming, I don't know if I'm having sex with my DH.  I can't explain it.

What do you all think?

lol,I don't have sex deams with orgasms.at the moment that is.(i had  that when i was little)

what i have is sexual dreams every time i actually manage to have a dream,and I'm plagued by thoughts of sex all of the time,
but that's because i refuse to let my physical desires take the best of me,so if you think she's having those dreams because her body wants sex,now imagine my situation where my body has never had sex XD.

Oh yeah,i don't masturbate either so you can imagine all the sexual tension building up xD

anyway,this way of approach does cause me physical pain,but the time Will lcome when my body won't desire sex,and i won't have the "normal" human reactions.Erections etc.

And mainly  because masturbation leads to ejaculation,Ejaculation leads to pleasure.And pleasure leads to wanting more,thus creating desire.

Yes, DH stands for darling or dear husband.  If I'm ticked, it's damn husband   .

I'm not complaining, not really, I've just never had that kind of dream before where you can feel everything!  The orgasms are real because the last time I had one of those dreams, I went to the restroom, and I was soaked.  Sorry, I don't mean to be graphic   .

well, it's like this...you can control your desire to overeat but you still
need to eat. There has to be a balance or you cause an imbalance somewhere else...

Actually there's a difference between the two acts.

You need food to survive,you don't need sex to survive.

But like i said,i don't condemn sex,i don't have issues towards,if people want to practice it,fine, people have that right,just practice safe sex,i just find it archaic and not necessary anymore on the short/medium term. =D

Perhaps we blame too much of our intellectual instincts on our animal ancestory? I have yet to see a pride of lions systematically wipe out other prides for political/social reasons - or come to think of it - any animal do that.
I've also yet to see pointless, savage killings done for no other fact than pleasure or misguided belief on even a noticeable scale in the animal kingdom (only we kill repeatedly for pleasure).
If animals were so bad, there would be none left from the blood bath which would have ensued.
The point? Everything you mentioned as being part of animalistic behaviour is not, it's human behaviour. Animals rarely if ever stoop to the acts we consider 'evil' on the frequency of occasion that humans do.

Regarding masturbation? Do it, don't do it. It's up to you. But suffering needlessly (and I consider not meeting a base instinct, which controls so much of our attention and harms no one when met, suffering) is just pointless imo. Over time we might drive those desires right down into our psyche, but they will fester away and one day perhaps manifest other problems. Dealing with things (and yes that is dealing with it) is a healthy thing to do - it seems a lot equate spirituality with suffering for some reason   .
