You can try to slowly count in your mind: 1... 2... 3... and try not to loose it. Each time you loose it, go back to 1... Or focus on your breathing maybe.
Some people think OBEs and LDs are the same; others don't...
You'll have to try and see for yourself...
For me, they are mostly the same except that OBEs have a body separation sensation and maybe a little more lucidity.
Where can we learn more about WILD?
Thanks,
The book by stephen Laberge is a must: I forgot the title though..... I think "exploring the world of lucid dreaming"
It seems as if there`s really a high interest in this topic...wish i could help you[:)]
Practice for a regular projection and when you get close to the exit just roll over onto your left side like you were going to go to sleep normally and create an image of where you want to go, give it a name and repeat that name aloud and it is possible for you to remain awake and project into a Lucid Dream. Before you start your practice be sure that you set up the scenario in advance and know exactly where you want to go in the LD and give it a name and be ready to visualize that place you want to go when you roll over and just get comfortable like you were going to sleep normally. Give it a try, it is explained in Astral Dynamics.
THanks a lot for your advices, I´ll keep trying!!!
Hello:
I ve having some problems inducing WILDS. I relaxed my body and watch internal images, but when I start dreaming or get sucked in by the dream, I loose lucidity. The images I see arent clear and change too fast to know exactly what the are, and sometimes after watching them, I forget what I watched. Is an AP concious exit a kinf of WILD dream?
Thanks for your help!!
