Today i had 2 lucid dreams, i tried to visualize my bedroom but nothing happened i did this a few times but no matter what i did i didn't get out, so then i gave up and imagined a jet and started flying  :-D (i know that im already out of body when im in a dream, no need to tell me that.) also there any good techniques to induce lucid dreaming without using a dream journal ?

Lucid Dreaming has nothing to do with a Dream Journal. A Dream Journal is a log of all your Dreams. What this does it it shows you what you are doing, where you are going and in the event that you relive the Dream again, it will help you to become Aware in it. It gives you a written History of your Journeys. It also aids your consciousness in realizing that this is the path you have chosen!  :-) That you wish to Lucid Dream and retain all memory recall of the said Dream.

A Dream Journal also shows your commitment to this practice. If you can't make one because you don't feel like writing when you awaken, which is know as laziness. Then you are showing yourself what you really think about this practice. Remember you get back from this exactly what you put into it.

The Key to becoming Lucid in a Dream is becoming AWARE that you are Dreaming. This can happen by a number of things. Reality checks, Brain Entrainment, etc.

We have many threads on Lucid Dreaming and techniques. Just use the Search engine in the right hand corner of the page.

I hope this helps you!  :-)

usually i have to wake up at 7am to an alarm clock, stand up and turn it off then put my clothes on etc. so it's not easy to remember my dreams.

When you aware that you are dreaming then do some reality checks like rubbing your hands together.

Brain Entrainment. My meaning of Brain Entrainment has always been training my mind through repetition. Whether that be audio command, iso tones, binaural beats, etc.

But here is the real definition: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brainwave_entrainment

When I was younger and in sales, I had a daily quota. Before I fell asleep every night I would say to myself and see the words visually, "I will get ____ sales today, I will achieve this goal."
If the word not came into the equation, which did quite a bit. I would load it into a mental cannon and shoot it against a giant brick wall that I created in my mind. I would watch as the word not totally disintegrated. then I would go back to my goal saying once again, knowing that the negative was removed, which meant the next day I would achieve or get very close to achieving my sales quota. This kind of training the mind has worked wonders throughout my entire life. Especially with this practice here.
