I had a strange dream I thought I'd share:

I was instructed to create 3 paintings of doorways on 3 separate canvases. I have no idea who was instructing me to do this. So I quickly created 3 totally separate doors - One normal single handled door, a door with huge archway, and a set of double-doors. Each looked totally different. When I was finished making them, I was instructed to choose one of them. All I could see were the 3 paintings in my field of vision. I chose one, and I'm not exactly sure what happened, but I ended up in a strange house. I immediately got the feeling I wasn't supposed to be there and I dipped out the backdoor and hid behind a bush, hoping no one would see me. While hiding, I heard this awful grinding sound coming from behind me. When I turned around, I saw a house cat with a huge, long chain attached around it's neck. It had it's head & neck pushed against the pavement where the chain was attached and was slowly dragging it, making the awful sound. When I got up to get a better look, someone came from inside and pushed me from behind. I fell on the pavement ...and that's all I remember.

My dreams are becoming more and more like David Lynch movies. I want to make sense out of it, but it might be better not to.

If they're degenerating to the likes of Eraserhead, you really don't want to make sense of them...that film was quietly but thoroughly disturbing

We all find nonsenses to believe in; it's part of being alive.
