I know reason for waking from lucid dreams

The reason you wake from a lucid dream is because you are thinkin of two things at once. You need to make sure you are only thinking of one thing at a time and that you are only doing one thing at a time. Also if you are worried about something or you have a problem that your not letting go or if you stay on one subject for too long then these things will also cause you to wake from your lucid dream.
