I learned a matra to say in your head when you just wake up to recall dreams - its RAOM GAOM.

I don't know if you work with crystals at all, but I find great success with programming a piece of Amethyst to help with dream recall and leaving that on the bed side table.

Remembering my dreams is something I'm really good at.  I may not have learned how to have a lucid dream or how to astral project but I can remember my dreams.

This is what you do.  Say to yourself before you go to sleep 100 times or more until you fall asleep, "I'm going to dream and remember what I dream."  Also, you may want to try writing down that sentence 20 or more times on a sheet of paper so that you have a visual reminder as well.  You basically do all of this to remind yourself to remember.

And, when you get up write down what you dream and you will even be able to recall more of your dreams.

I hope this helps.  It has never failed for me.

In addition to positive affirmations, just mentioned by Namra, I suggest that throughout the day as often as you can think of it simply ask yourself the question, "Am I dreaming?"

If you find you're having trouble remembering to ask yourself this question put it on a sticky note, tape it to your computer screen, to the fridge, etc..

And, of course, no snooze button!

The moment you awake, groggy or not, you should be prepared to write!

Cheers!

I had the same problem, I always forgot my dreams. Until I started meditating. I started remembering dreams after a week of meditation.

Now (I meditate 30 minutes a day), I can remember my dream almost every night.
Title: Third Eye Focus

Another method that has worked quite well for me is to focus on looking out through the third-eye chakra, with eyes closed, right before going to sleep.

You could try sleeping late (if you can spare the time).
It is very easy to remember your dreams if you sleep in very
short periods (like: you sleep 8hrs, then wake, turn over, then sleep 10 mins - the 10 mins dream will be very easy to remember).
Its crucial that you dont awake completely between your sleeping periods:
dont talk to ppl, get up and drink stuff... Just turn on your other side, and sleep on.

This works perfect for me.
Watch out with repeating this btw, you will only remember the last 2 or 3 ;) ...

Good Luck !
