Just thought I'd share this weird experience with you.
Had a dream a few days ago, I was in a wheel chair in a hospital. I kept asking my mum 'Is she going to have an abortion' my mum kept saying 'I don't know! I don't know!'...We just sat there until a nurse came and said in a hypnotic tone of voice 'And now I am going to relieve all your stress...'
My mum was pushing me down a corridor while she said this, in the dream it felt like I was dying by injection my head slumped to the side and I was saying 'I love you mum, I love you dad, I love -' then I couldn't move my lips, I physically couldn't.
Then as I fell deeper into this death/sleep everything went really peacefull and I felt I was leaving my body by sinking down out of my bed. But then I woke up!
Everything felt real, the dream felt real. Lucid perhaps?
I woke up in shock!

A lucid dream is when you are dreaming and you know you are in the dream state and can control things in the dream. You might have woken up after feeling that you were dying but not fully awoken. After you felt like you were sinking down your brain may have gotten excited and you thought "whoah what is this". I believe you feel that sinking feeling again but try to just let it flow you may be on your way to obe.
