Hello to all
I meditate for years but I haven’t tried lucid dreaming before…
I was reading some posts in this forum and decided to do it.

Last night I woke up at 3:00 AM and after listening to a relaxation program
I went back to sleep saying to myself (as I was in a very relaxed state)
that I will know it when I’m dreaming….
…I found myself walking near my house and I was thinking that I wasn’t wearing proper clothes for getting out and had a strange feeling that something was not OK.
Then I realized that it was too early in the morning and dark and thought that I maybe
was sleepwalking and felt some discomfort when it suddenly became obvious to me
that I was dreaming !
I begun to return back when I thought that it is possible to fly in my dream. This
happened easily and I moved freely some meters above the ground but when I tried to enter my house I lost everything and found myself (but without a body now)
into a vortex or better a flight towards something in space.
Many white specks past behind me (like the old screensaver “space flight”) and all this experience was accompanied by loud sounds. Finally I came to see a bluish thing like an eye or a planet and after some more sounds and traveling I wake up in
my body again.

I would like to know what this experience was as it seemed to have two parts and
I hope some experienced members in this nice forum will post their comments.
Thank you all  :-)

That sounds like it could have been a dream that turned into a projection. The "vortex" and "white specks" sounds like you could be moving from one area of consciousness to another, maybe "lucid dream" to "astral proper" (to me it's just semantics). It's hard to say, but that's my guess.

(I moved this to the dream section, but maybe that wasn't warranted... I'll move it back if you want me to :) )

Thanks for the reply.
I am thinking about it the same way from what I've read and somewhat puzzled.
As I'm just now beginnig to explore thse things I need reference points  ...

(you can put the post wherever you find it appropriate  :-))
