The Astral Pulse

Last night we had a big storm, alot of rain, alot of lightening and thunder. Usually I sleep through the loudest of storms. Last night I woke up from the sounds, I fell back to sleep.A little time later, although asleep, I saw the lightening light up everything around me, suddenly a loud thunder boom. I think I left my body! I'm up in the air. A moment later I see a visual of me in an orb smiling, I wasn't all the way awake or asleep. I just drifted back to sleep. This image was the first thing I thought of when I awoke this morning.
