Hi,
I don't believe that your energy work is related to lack of dream recall. It is supposed to help the dream experience. Wanting to remember is the first step. What I usually do:
When I wake up, I stay in bed in the same position. I found that moving or thinking often scares the dream away. I'll ask myself questions. Who was I with? I was talking to...Where was I? etc. Usually small questions like this will allow a dream or fragment of a dream to surface. Be gentle and patient with yourself. Keeping a journal will help too, if you're serious.

Okay, so dont do energy work and the like before bed.  Do it mid day or something.

Well. I am keeping a journal and I have done my energywork on other times but that´s not the main issue...I don´t seem to be able to transfer my memories through that "wall"..sometimes i´m so absolutely aware in my dream and am determined to remember before i awake but it generally fails completely. I can remeber that I was aware but not what it was that i was suppose to remember.
And energywork doesn´t seem to affect my dreamingcapacities at all althou I do a lot and have regularly for years...
How am I going to overcome this?

Well there are other things to try.

1.  Make the consious choice, just before bed, that you will remember your dreams.  It may sound silly because you already have the desire, but have you honestly sat there and said, "I will remember my dreams."  Try this a few times and see if it helps.

2.  The journal previously mentioned also.  But it would help considerably to write things down as soon as possible.  Even if you are groggy. Write anything you can recall at that moment.  It will help trigger your memory after your head clears up.

3.  I eventually ended up seeing a hypnotherapist for a similar issue.  However you could just get a qualified person to make you a tape to be listened to as you fall asleep.  This would help re-inforce your desire to remember.

Lastly I would just like to point out that there are at times certain things that come up in your dreams that you are simply not sappose to remember.  I don't know why but it just seems that way.  Also not every dream that you have is of a great sigifigance.  Even if you don't remember your brain still processes that information.  Most of the dreams a person dosen't remember are the ones where the brain is just dealing with various aspects of the days events.

The more energyraising, trance or whatever i do before going to sleep the less i remember of my dreams. It has been like this for years now and It´s blowing away my motivation every time.

It like the more energy I consciously spend on lucid dreaming the stronger this mindsplit, or whatever it is, becomes.

The same with energywork. The more i stimulate or raise, the less i can remember of my dreams.
Shouldn´t it suppose to be the other way round? :)

I´ts gottan a bit better though. A couple of years ago all my nights were like "black holes". Nothing, no feeling, pictures, or memories of any kind. Sometimes I remember being very clearly aware of myself in the dream but deciding not to remember before i woke up. Sometimes I remember wanting to remember before awakening but after passing on to waking all memory was totally "sucked away" or held behind something that felt like a massive strong black and inpenetrable wall.

Any suggestions and help would be appriciated a lot since I really want to overcome this.
