Aware in dream

So it was a long time since I tried to raise my awareness to a high grade but now I have meditated for 4 Days and remembered Dream and more vividly. Last night though I suddenly became completely aware of that I was dreaming with this mind. I tried to not focus on this World since I wanted to stay there. I was just in a room and I tried making the other building disappear but as I was aware of the Dream and it felt real I couldn't because I thought in terms of this World which I have Before managed not to. I was standing there and thinking like am i gonna stand here forever now? Then I Think I lost it and wandered of to a Dream. Any thoughts or suggestions?

 Personally, when I become aware in a Dream, I try to explore the Dream sequence or area that I am currently in. I control my own actions. But rarely do I try to change anything in the Dream, unless I am either being prompted to or the Dream scenario is getting completely out of hand.

At first it is very hard to stay aware in a Dream. But the time gets longer once you learn how to ground yourself there. To ground yourself to the scene at hand, try to physically orient yourself to your Dream surroundings. Like for instance, try to listen for sounds, try to touch walls, grass, tables etc. Basically what you want to do is to activate your Dream senses .

It sounds like you are just starting down this path, so have fun with it. There is a lesson behind every door!

You were lucid.. ah.. when lucid don't stand still. When U R lucid and don't know what to do next, always keep the feet moving, do something to keep the body from being still while lucid.. dance.. once you just stand their lucidity ends.

Trying to make a building disappear is not do-able..well you can.. but you might want to try and alter your lucid dream world on a smaller scale for now.. basically just work with in it consciously.. sounds boring but its not. If you try to erase say your building in the dream.. it alters your dream.. what ever is creating the dream that you see that you are in lucid now.. don't do drastic changes to it.. lucidity will crash fast.  I do like that you got up and went ..I want to make the building disappear.. to me that shows you are comfortable in the moment and thinking.. 

Hints and tips.. don't have any since you are doing well.. do what you did last time and see why it did not produce the same result of a lucid dream..  :-)
