I wander who can LD at will and what technique he used to achieve it.
Cause, it is my long term goal to be able to LD at will.
How would you tackle that goal?

I've tried to but no success. I will say this though-the common factor for me slipping into a lucid dream is sleep deprivation. I may, for no apparent reason, wake up in the early morning hours and stay awake until around 5:30 when I crash. I fall so hard and so fast that I stay conscious and this is when it really takes off.

Well.. The most progress I made in this direction was after reading an article Robert Bruce wrote about sensing things in your mind (something regarding visualization?). The article mentioned relaxing and imagining something like sitting in the shade under a large oak tree, feeling the cool grass on your bare feet and the breeze blowing through the low, swaying branches. It went in to great detail but the thing of it was you don't have to just visualize everything you imagine, but can sense it with all of your senses.

After reading that for a while I would regularly daydream using that idea and they eventually lead to lucid dreaming whenever you have the time to sit down and relax.
What is the sound of no leaves cloving?

I've been able to do it a few times.

It's strange, I don't remember what I did differently. I do remember one thing, though - I wasn't talking to myself in my head, or giving myself affirmations, or any of that. But it wasn't like I was without thought, either.

I suppose I could describe as being, "captivated by interest."

When i was a kid i got interested i had my first ld and started recording my dreams and controlling them more and more, that interest only lasted for 2 or 3 months, but the lds stayed, i have them every weekend(it's when i sleep peacefuly), they just happen, suddently with no reason i realise i'm dreaming, sometimes i'm lucid from the start of the dream. Also in those weekend days that i sleep a lot, i usually wake up early but go back to sleep, that causes me to have lds, just yesterday i had 2 lds that way (plus the one i had during the night).
When you go to sleep know that you will have a lucid dream, or think about what you would like to dream about (this one works best for me).

I'm still trying to figure out how to have sex in lds, the dream always starts to fade away when i try to do it, that's why i only try when i'm done with the dream and don't mind waking up, any hints?

Well I haven't succeeded yet   , but I made some researches in  other Forums. Here what I found out:

Some People can do it and there seem to be different ways to achieve it.

-One girl just wrote her dreams down for like 20 years straight and now she just realizes when she is in a dream.
-master WILD
-Stephen Laberge used MILD to achieve it
-A guy named Pedro used VILD to achieve it

I'll guess a keep a dream Journal from now on and try MILD...........

Info's on the methods can be found at LD4all.com

Don't get over exited! Strong emotions can wake you up. Stay calm and you'll succeed

You

I've done it many times, but it's still by accident.

From what I've read, recording dreams helps, as you can catch on to what triggers you into recognizing lucidity in and out of dreaming.

Affirmations 'I want to be aware I'm dreaming while dreaming' may work as well, many people support them, I've tried them several times. Not sure if they were successful or not, I should have combined them with a 'I will remember the dreams I have' so I'd actually know, since I didn't dream much while doing it. Maybe I spent so much energy actively in the dream I had none left over for long term memory.

if i know I'm dreaming i can become lucid instantly and stay lucid till i wake up....but thats what i have my problem with, i wake up and i cant keep my self in my dream...i do stay lucid for a while though thats not the problem i just wake up without trying to wake up....
