Longest lucid dream to date. Lasted for what seemed like hours. I even had a conversation with a guide that I met who told me that you can dream for months in one night's sleep. After meeting with this guide, he basically just stepped back and monitored my lucid dreaming. I was roaming a city in Japan. while it wasn't exactly the same as the city in mind, it was basically my dream copy. I kept surprising myself that the dream was still going on because, usually they will only last minutes at most. There were even times when I would lose focus and, in the darkness, I could hear the guide's voice guiding me back to the dream. There I would wake up in the dream and be right back where I was before. The guide told me his name and instructed me how to get a  hold of him during my time there. After doing so again, he guided me through the sky and showed me the entire dream world. He was explaining about the millions of people that make up this world and how they are all part of us, basically referencing to our physical world as well.  I don't remember all of the message but I remember it being awe inspiring. After this, we met another guide who instructed me on how to get to this type of higher level meeting ground, with other guides. He called it the essence of something, i cant remember. After successfully getting there, I arrive in what looks like an outdoor room in Japan. There, there are four guides, two of which I had met already. I sat with them and felt this extremely strong and comforting connection with everyone. We played some type of game though and after losing, I was told that I had to leave this dream world for four sleep cycles. I was very scared that I wouldn't know how to get back to this wonderful place, but after they reassured me that it was possible I complied. I remember I tried to come back early because I was scared that I had forgotten and they seemed somewhat upset with me. After that I decided to let go and try again another day. This was truly an amazing experience.

Sounds like a BST experience to me. Congrats! You got commendably deep.  If not that, at least a F23 one.

Thanks!
Would you mind explaining BST and f23 to me?
Its been a while.

Thanks,

Thanks for sharing with us. Nice story. Really enjoyed your dream. Your dream guide is really helping you in every step.

Beliefs System territory (BST) are the theoretical first step of a higher level astral projection.

At the first stage, (F21) you are in your own subcounscious.

As you travel 'deeper', more disconnected, you enter, essentially, the central point where consciousness congregates once it passes on from this life experience. Here, it culminates all the mental models that it learned over our physical sequential 'time' in a intangible depiction. Hence, heaven looks like that cliche idea of heaven, Valhalla the same for vikings, etc. As people disconnect themselves from these models(traveling deeper upon understanding death and their next step) the models get cross-skewed and an infinite number of 'sub-territories are formed' This culmination accounts for what Monroe believed the F23-25/26 focus levels to be. Remember these are just esoteric placeholders made so we can more intelligently discuss something totally intangible and confusing that seems to have a relatively decent pattern across verifiable experiences.

So when things seem beyond your individual comprehension within a dream state, i.e. thousands of entities doing individual tasks, we can take this as a relatively decent sign that one may have traveled deeper into their own subconscious, i.e. possible int a BST.

Thanks a lot for that explanation! It was one of the best and most informative I have heard so far.

I haven't had any type of lucid dream since then though =\ I guess one will come in time.

Ha, yeah, BST experiences come and go. For me, they are much much more common in lucid dreams than in intentional projection attempts. You actively need to travel deeper once you land in F21 to reach a BST. Its rare to just land in one from an attempt.

This is tough though because you need to risk losing the projection. Traveling deeper when in a counscious projection state into a deeper state can easily throw you out. And its really tough to risk that when you are actually there. Projections are already pretty rare as is, its hard to justify not having fun exploring, jumping around, and manifesting stuf. Risking it all just to go deeper actually sounds kind of selfish when you say it like this even. I'd way wait until F21 becomes boring before racing deeper.
