You are making a lot of progress!

1. To remember your dreams better, just have a notebook and a pen/pencil by your bed. When you wake up, record your dream right away. If you only remember a little bit then write it down as well. As your writing you might remember more about your dream.

2. If you had controll over your dream then it is a LD. So congrats!

Hope this helps!

Hi KosmoJ,

There is a great website to visit on lucid dreams http://www.lucidity.com

Also, I thought that this topic might be better suited to our lucid dream forum so I've moved it as you can see.

My favorite dreams are dreams where I become lucid and then fly. Sometimes it is hard to steer or stay aloft, however I have read where that is common in lucid dreams at first. In time, the lucid dreamer gains greater control over these aspects. [:)]

Hey, last night/this morning I had a really wierd experience.  I was sound asleep, and apparently I started dreaming.  It was a normal dream of me walking down a sidewalk, when I suddenly started thinking about an article I read hear about lucid dreams.  At that moment I started having control over the dream, only I was seeing myself in third person.  I remember in the article you had to think about flying to fly, so I tried to jump really high.  I tried as hard as i could to fly but i just ended up jumping fairly high and landing back on the ground.  I can barely remember this dream, and I tried hard to remember it.  Was this a lucid dream? If so any suggestions on how to do it again only better? Thanks for reading!
